Balance Canine is our own business. It’s intentionally small-scale and highly personal. Since we run a few businesses, our time is limited, so each digital tool exists for a reason: To keep things running smoothly, without burning out.
The result is that the vast majority of the time we put toward this business can be focused on our clients and their dogs, instead of operational details.

A complete visual identity for the business – logo, typography, a clean color system, and document templates used across the client experience. Each page is structured around the questions prospective clients tend to have – about training approach, boarding setup, timeframes, and the day-to-day experience.
Client relationship management
A CRM implementation tailored to a service business with ongoing client relationships – intake forms, managed calendars, client records, follow-up sequences, and history in one place. Nothing falls through the cracks, and no spreadsheet is needed.

Google Business
Social media ad spend managed for consistent lead flow, combined with local business optimization and a complete Google Business profile. Balance Canine shows up where people are already looking: Map packs, local results, and social feeds.

Google Suite configuration – a professional, always-accessible email, shared drives, document templates, and calendar, all integrated with our other tools. Within this workspace, we built a custom, secure, and simple application that makes basic bookkeeping simple and quick.
