Balance Equine is run by us, alongside our client work and other businesses. A multi-service operation with variable billing, recurring clients, and complex scheduling. We built out systems to handle contracts, invoicing, payment, and scheduling because we needed them to take some load off of us.
The front end – website, photography, copy, ads, and local optimization – was built to help clients discover us and make a clear first impression. Together, the two sides of the business operations run with minimal manual management and support a consistent, convenient customer experience.
